By purchasing any of our subscriptions, you agree to an initial pre-payment of the specified term stated in the product. After this term has completed, further purchases of memberships will be required to continue receiving service at the agreed time. We will notify you twice before your membership is due to end. As this is not a direct debit, fees will not be taken out of your account without purchase. You may not rent, transfer, assign, commercially exploit, resell or sublicense access to this service to any third party. Purchased subscription is for your personal and professional use for the purpose hosting a quiz only. This must not be copied, altered, reproduced, distributed or republished in any form by any means.

All refunds/cancellation requests must be made within 14 days of service purchase. Only parts of agreed service not received will be eligible for refund or cancellation. After the 14 day period, service subscriptions become non refundable.

We would love to host your event. Click here to visit our hosting page to see our starting prices. We want to help where we can, so our packages are customisable to suit your needs. All of our packages include a consultation to ensure your event goes off without a hitch.

Currently, we are only hosting events virtually. However, this is something that we are continuously reviewing. Pop us an email about your event and we will see if there is anything we can do. We are a Bedfordshire, UK-based company, so if this is something that is considered, the event would need to be within a 50-mile radius.

To ensure your scoreboards always work, ensure you ask us to customise your PowerPoint for you. This ensures the code is not impacted by any changes that are made.

We advise closing the PowerPoint without saving and restarting. If you have already saved it, it might be better to redownload the original and start again. If editing yourself, try to avoid creating new pages. Instead, rewrite over text that is already on the page, this may however still impact animations.

PowerPoints, by nature, are free to be edited by anyone that has access to them. Our PowerPoints use macros linked to the pages. So incorrect edits could impact the working of the special features. We would always advise using our customisation service to ensure your game works as it should. Some customisations will be done for free.

The PowerPoint will still work but all of the features will not. Special features such as shuffling the slides and the interactive scoreboard will not work.

Enabling macros on PowerPoints made by us will not harm your computer. Always be careful with enabling macros if it is not from a trusted source.

PDFs and videos are not customisable without specific software.

PowerPoints can be edited, however incorrect edits may cause some of the games features to stop working.

Yes.

The PowerPoint is macro-enabled which only works correctly on a laptop or computer. The file may open on another device but fully functionality cannot be guaranteed.

The PowerPoint must be used on the laptop/computer downloaded version of PowerPoint. It will not work properly if opened in another program.

We would advise closing the PowerPoint without saving and reopening it. Alternatively, if you go to the first slide and type in a zero in every score field. When restarting the game/presentation, this should also reset the scores.

There is no need to save the game between plays. Not saving ensures the scoreboard resets to zero when you go to replay.

On average, our custom quizzes take around one week to make. There are certain factors that impact this, however. For example, complexity of the quiz, amount of research needed to be completed and if there is a deadline given by the customer. We try to keep you updated throughout the process. If you need the quiz faster than one week, please make this clear when speaking with us.

Dependant on which customisation package you require this can vary. It ranges from a phone call, to completing a survey and/or several step consultation process to ensure the quiz is as expected.

All ready-made digital products are available immediately. An email will be sent to you after purchase including the link to download your product. Please check your junk email in case this ended up in there.

These can be printed at home or you can find a company to print these for you. We recommend printing on at least 100gsm.
